Decent product but as others noted, instructions for newbies could be better. Worse is while it's a nice quick solution for shelving, the hardware (screws) appear to have a low shear/twist failure. Given most faceframes of cabinets are hardwood, expect unless very carefully loosely driven, the heads of the screws will fail. what was a 30min install even though I predrilled the faceframe. I comfortable in my opinion as I am an experience hobby woodworking having built many my own cabinets. I've set many faceframe screws, hinges, etc and believe the screws provided are simply cheap and and of soft metal. I'd suggest hitting an ACE hardware or such and buy some higher quality screws. I figure if I'm correct, that the screws are soft cheaper metal, Rev-A-Shelf could of upgraded to good quality screws (all 7 of the wood screws) for less than 10 cents more. Again, comfortable saying this as I've worked supply chain sourcing of hardware and have a good feel for the cost of hardware. if only I trusted my initial judgement and ran down to my basement to fetch a few good screws.

My rating is mostly because of the terrible instructions given. What was said about it being installed in 20 minutes turned into over 4 hours! If in there somewhere it would have been explained better about attaching to the back wall being the same on the top as the bottom it may have gone in less time. The quality seems nice. Can’t complain about that. Fix your instructions! Not all of us are contractors.

This product is heavy and well designed, however the manufacturing is very poor. (Made in China) I made three trips to find latches that worked properly to allow the trays to disengage the slides. The slides are sheet metal stampings and are not debarred. The shape edges created several cuts to my hands and fingers.

VERY Good quality, almost the same price as the cheap, plastic coated wire ones. The 2 tier really saves space. Our home was a spec house and we did not get to make any upgrades, etc. These make my cabinets all equal to the drawers I really wanted, I am going to install them in the bathrooms, too. Two tiers makes it easy for shampoo, cleaners, etc., to fit easily and no wasted space above. Directions do not make it clear to just put ONE screw in the front on only ONE side. Once we figured that out, installation was a breeze, just tight to crawl into the cabinets to get the rear screws. I will buy these again until my cabinets are all done.
