Rev-A-Shelf is committed to making its electronic and information technologies accessible to individuals with disabilities by meeting or exceeding the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d), as amended in 1998. Section 508 is a federal law that requires agencies to provide individuals with disabilities equal access to electronic information and data comparable to those who do not have disabilities unless an undue burden would be imposed on the agency.

Section 508 standards are the technical requirements and criteria that are used to measure conformance within this law. More information on Section 508 and the technical standards can be found at https://www.section508.gov.

Rev-A-Shelf L.L.C. strives to conform to Level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1); however, it is not always possible to do so to all areas of the website. Rev-A-Shelf.com is compiled of several visual elements that may not be conducive to all site readers. We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility, and for the primary traffic areas of the website to be “Screen Reader” friendly. Screen Readers may experience difficulties in areas dedicated to B2C business and not the retail public, and if the website is visited during a time that the website is undergoing upgrades or maintenance. An error message will be posted to acknowledge the website is not available at that time.

If you would like to report an accessibility problem with the Rev-A-Shelf website, please e-mail the Rev-A-Shelf Webmaster at digitaldevelopment@rev-a-shelf.com. Be sure to specify the web page (include the link to the page) or file being referenced in reporting the accessibility issue.
